“It was a matter of allowing things to happen. It was a time that I did not understand; it is true that I am just beginning to digest it; beyond being able to explain myself with words, today, my work speaks. My heart is excited about each one of these processes. Experiencing and learning from mistakes, embracing the present, breathing it in, and letting it go.
I n c u b a t i o is a multidisciplinary exhibition that includes pieces made from 2020 - 2024; it invites us to rethink forms, to listen to pauses and emptiness, to observe the upside down, to touch and feel, to try to reflect in front of those scenarios that we do not know where they come from.” — Patricia Carrington.

Patricia Carrington (Matamoros, México) has exhibited individually in Mexico and the United States.
A recipient of the Young Creators scholarship from the Fondo Nacional para la Cultura y las Artes (FONCA) con el proyecto, “Somnus Personal”. In 2012, she received the “Excellence in Professional Development” recognition granted by the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and the Honorable Mention for el Salón de la Fotografía de Nuevo León.
